For pricing and installation information, please see the pricing page. Q.) How much can I expect the Fuel Econ to increase my mileage per gallon? A.) Efficiency increase depends on many factors; make, model, tires, driving habits, road conditions, ethanol content of fuel, etc. Fuel Econ users average 10 to 12% increase in fuel mileage after installing the device. Q.) How long will it take to pay for itself? A.) Most vehicles will save enough fuel in 6 months, depending on the distance driven in the vehicle. The Fuel Econ does not harm engines or create any problems that did not exist prior to its installation. Our product is fully insured for the lifetime of the device. Q.) Does it work with all grades of gasoline? A.) All grades of fuel can benefit from the efficiency increase of the device. However, not all fuel is created equally. Fuels with up to 10% ethanol inherently have less energy content and will lower gas mileage. To be sure of the mileage you are getting, refuel at the same gas station each time and then check your mileage. Q.) Can I install the Fuel Econ myself? A.) Yes.
